KILLING, SEDITION,WAR AGAINST STATE

OR SOFT/COZY HEAVEN FOR ALIEN ENEMIES.

DE-JURE as per Constitution of India enacted, adopted and given to ourselves by the people of India, India is a sovereign democratic REPUBLIC and in a Republic representatives elected by people sit in Parliament and people in general raise their voice through Media hence MEDIA is the mouth piece of the Republic within the Parliament and for the people out side the Parliament. Killing of J Dey, honest concerned Indian and journalist of Mid-day who exposed many criminal activities injurious to the Public and National interest must not be treated as a simple murder of a person BUT Killing and Murder of Sovereign Democratic Republic a crime against the STATE punishable with Death under Section 121 IPC and under the Provisions of Armed Forces Act to deal with alien enemies. There appears to be maxis between mafia and some high ups concerned in the matter. Any laxity can be fatal to the public and National cause.

India has been and still is a country of idol, Trees and Rivers worshipers at the behest of Priests who advised Poojas and Yajnas as a defense against enemies and because of that Nadar Shah, Alaxander, Mugals and Afzal Guru who attacked Parliament House, the house of the representatives of India and Qasab one of the criminals who attached Munbai are treated as State Guests with all facilities and dignity as human beings deserve although they ceased to be humans by doing inhuman acts. Life and Property of innocent citizens is at stake, no one is sure whether he/she is safe on road and/or even in his own house but we are advised to say WE ARE PROUD INDIANS recently Mr Rahul Gandhi after seeing /hearing about atrocities committed on innocent villagers by Police and others was obliged to say I FEEL ASHAMED TO BE CALLED INDIAN and so do I feel. When shall our men holding key positions shall give up Rip Van Winkle Police and awake in Public Interest for which purpose they are voted to power. They can use undue brutal force to disburse peaceful sleeping agitators of Swami Ram Dev at Ramlillla ground but lack dynamic will to trace and deal with National criminals. As per Justice B.N. Agarwal, since Retired from Supreme Court EVEN GOD CANNOT CHANGE OUR COUNTRY. May God save us from Priests, Police & Politicians.
