Right to Education is a political stunt, Vote bank policy at public cost. There is well known saying you can take the horse to water but cannot force it to drink. It is a personal choice. You should not compel by Law to study. One must have capability to study. Spending money on free education and inducements like dress & food is waste of Public money.

Those who wanted to study like Hon'ble APJ Abdul Kalam . Late Lal Bahadur Shastri, Ishwar Chander Vidys Sagar, Abrahim Linken and many many others could study without RIGHT TO EDUCATION. On the other Hand those who wish to study at their own expenses do not get seats in Schools and Colleges and are obliged to pay donations or bribe either in cash and/or in some kind. No useful purpose shall be served by Implementing the RIGHT TO EDUCATION ACT. It is likely to be misused, abused like Dowry Act, Domestic Voilence Act, Pension to Old people and/or Widows just to take undue advantage of the scheme. Human Resources are being misused and Educated young people are taking to crime and/or join Terror outfits being devoid of suitable jobs.

In the year 1947 we were trapped by British Raj and accepted division of United India into two parts which are now three parts and the POK under dispute and tensions are continuing in each part at high cost since we are people who refuse to learn from our mistakes. Much more can be said on this point which is already well known to every common man except politicians.

After Independence our wise man the First Governor General of Free India Late C. Rajgopal Acharya advised Late Pt. JawaharLal Nehru to divide India into four Zones East, West, North & South for administrative purposes but not to create State on linguistic bases but our Late PM did not agree with a view to reach closer to the people but the question is WHETHER AAM AADMI IN ANY STATE AND IN OVER ALL INDIA FEELS SAFE, SECURED, DIGNIFIED, CITIZENS OF FREE INDIA IN FACT? Law & order problems are there and we have experienced attacks by neighboring on only on our borders but within our famous cities because there is lack of coordination & cooperation among different concerned agencies and National Investigating Agency was created BUT we never learn from mistakes.

Democracy on paper is Govt by the People, For the People and Of the People BUT spellings of key words have changed instead of ‘BY read BUY’ instead of ‘For read FAR’ and instead of ‘ OF read OFF’ This is how Government(s) are reaching closer to the people.

In the year 1947 there used to be Inspector General of Police in Delhi for better rule and control over law and order problems we adopted COMMISSIONER system with greater powers and the Law & Order situation if NO SECRET from any one including small children and Women. SYSTEMS NEVER BRING IN THE CHANGE, IT’S THE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO BE CHANGED. But its not possible in the present set up and Mr Justice B.N. Agarwal Retired from Supreme Court of India had rightly observed ‘ EVEN GOD CANNOT CHANGE THIS COUNTRY’

M.C.D. is like a one unit house any sub-letting shall create multiple problems for the citizens YES but more BUREAUCRATS, MORE INFRASTRUCTURE AND MORE BURDEN ON CITIZENS for less amenities and easements.

Govt. at State and at Centre follow the British Policy of DIVIDE & RULE fleece public as much as possible and make hay while the SUN shines because next Election may be different. Citizens must feel twice SHAME for themselves for voting to power those who never deliver to the Public but PAY PACKETS OF REPRESENTATIVES ARE BECOMING HEAVY & HEAVY.

JUDGMENT CAN BE CRITICISED BUT NOT THE JUDGE.

It is beautiful distinction for academic intellectual brooding first-

GODDESS OF JUSTICE IS BLINDFOLDED:

It means Goddess of Justice being blindfolded does not see but simply hears but as per law hear say evidence is no evidence. Some witness, who has seen the occurrence deposes before the Court and the Court just records the statement, adjudicates and decides the matter by delivering its judgment and the basis of material on record. There is sky height difference between seeing by self, hearing and believing a statement and recording the judgment on the basis of hear say. Mind is a manipulator of things, looks at things and interprets the site in a color of the glasses put on the eyes which look at the thing(s). Therefore, the narration by the witness is not a white paper which can be appreciated by the Justice had it himself actually seen the happening with its own eyes coupled with its own experience and understanding of life and law on the subject. If the Justice is not blindfolded, it could look into the eyes of the witness to find the real truth because Eyes and body language never lie but the words of mouth often lie for obvious reasons. Children are from us but not of us in the same manner judgment is from a judge but not from the person who is acting as a judge as part of his duty. Judgment is the brain child of the Judge on duty but not from the individual performing the duty of a judge. Mind is like a computer, it displays what ever has been feeded in it and the material incorporated in the floppy is hear say evidence. Mind is not fool proof it is liable to make mistake, error of judgment, therefore, judgment is liable for error of judgment, hence appeals are provided from the judgments from lower courts to the Superior Courts upto the Supreme Court but here also some of the Judgments of the Apex court have been reversed because change is the law of Nature and each Individual is UNIQUE and original since GOD always creates the Unique Originals only and due to the change of thinking process and appreciation of the circumstances it must have been observed that the judgment already delivered needs to be amended/ reviewed and/or revised afresh in the best interest of Natural law and in the larger interest of Public.

Each Unique Individual apart from normal five senses possessed the 6^th sense bases of Inner Voice and the feeling of his heart. The person by virtue of his above unique qualities may be feeling differently than the digital calculations done by his Mind on the basis of material on record but the person performing the duty of a Judge is bound by the set procedure laid down years before. Life is a flowing river, much water has flown when the statutory law(s) were enacted, change is the Law of Nature and we are supposed to live life moment to moment, never to look back into the past and never to peep into the future which is uncertain, but our Courts go by precedents. Government departments and law enforcing agencies are obliged to follow the written law/instructions and guide lines on the subject which are the brain child of Mind but Life is beyond Mind. Life is spontaneous, flexible and adaptable to circumstances and situations while the codified law/instructions and guide lines are rigid to which the flowing life cannot be adjusted. That is why standing Laws, standing forces lag behind than the criminals. Terrorists, Naxalites and Maoists because they are law and law enforcers or implementers all in themselves and deal with the situation there and then with all their ability and capability at their command to achieve the purpose. Pt JawaharLal Nehru used to say I am interested in things done not in excuses.

Its time now that the Goddess of Justice is not blindfolded, it must have a vision, awareness and act consciously from moment to moment as per the situation at hand. It is absolutely correct that judgment may be criticized but never the Judge performing his official duties following the procedure and Law in force. Human being has become in instrument to satisfy the Law where as Law must satisfy the needs of Human beings in a Social Welfare State which is voted to power by the Voter who is supposed to be Sovereign in a Republic. Lets hope wisdom may dawn and the foresight of Justice B.N. Agarwal, Retired from Supreme Court of India saying EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY may prove wrong in the best interest of beloved citizens of our beloved India and it be not simply a wishful dream.

We have read Ramayana but never learnt from Rama to Sacrifice Kingship, Obedience to parents. Now a days for grabbing parents property, parents are insulted, dis-respected, killed and/or untold atrocities are committed on parents who are obliged to run away from their sweet home and to seek shelter in old homes or in some dharma shalas and/or to commit suicide. This is the plight of parents particularly in big cities where parents, specially single parent is abandoned but to show false respect some Diwali gifts are given/dumped to helpless parent without need and due respect and regards. Service without love is like a beautiful corpse its outer form is lovely but it is lifeless. We have neither learnt sacrifice nor obedience and respect for parents. What use of reading Ramayana when you have not imbibed the noble qualities of Lord Rama in your life. People are bevildered. Love, affection and regards have vanished from society. We have forgotten there is only one GOD, one Earth, one Humanity and one source of the essentials to life such as Breath, Sun, Air, Water, Space and Earth. Now about return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya after killing Ravana. I plead with my readers to ponder over Is it celebration of true victory over evil? Ravana Kidnapped Sita wife of Rama. But kidnappings are common now a days, rapes,molestations, eve teasing, stalkings and harassment of ladies has become a fashion and matter of Pride with male. Defiance of authority is considered a privilege of freedom after Independence at all levels the vision of RAVAN RAJ a Kingdom whose four pillars are KAYKAY, MANTHRA, SITA, AND SUROOPNAKHA preset in every house with some other nomenclature. Ever since the known history of civilization corruption is there that is why an old proverb is well known MONEY MAKES THE MARE GO had corruption not been there the proverb must not have been invented. There has always been tendency to evade tax, penalty and punishments by exchange of money.

It is in news that Traffic Police has enhanced the penalty for Traffic Light Jumping from Rs 100/- to Rs 1100/- with a view to discipline vehicle drivers without pondering over whether the move shall achieve the desired purpose? It is a device to promote and Prompt corruption to the benefit of Police cops who shall be happy and willing rather prompting people to get the offence settled at half the amount where both the parties shall be benefited through happy exchange of smiles on both sides.

It pose a question to the wisdom of suggesters of enhanced penalty whether any penality, fine, punishment has ever achieved the purpose? Some harsh penalities punishments are provided in the Law but whether the offences are not committed because of the fear of punishments. Whether Murders, Rapes, Theft, Robbery, Illegal constructions, encroachments on public land have stopped. Today we are celebrating victory of Lord Rama over Raavana for his offence of kidnapping Sita wife of Rama, whether kidnapping has stopped? All most daily kidnapping of ladies and Rapes are reported. It is law of nature if you cut the branches of a tree in the next season more branches come up. Law & order is deteriorating day by day. Peole have lost faith in law enforcing agencies including Law Courts because every one has his own price buyer must be there. There is no basic programme /scheme to discipline people from school level. We are trying to cut the rotton branches and leaves and there is no effort to cure the roots. No law is enacted in the right direction. There is law against Smoking in Public - whether the smoking has stopped? Don't make laws/ instructions/ directives to cause harassment to people and gay gay for corrupt Public servants who have become Public exploiters under Indian Republic. Bureaucracy has gone mad and puliticians have no will to serve public who unfortunately voted them to power. India is no Democracy but Mado-cracy.

Till Monday the 26^th September, 2011 DELHI HIGH COURT MONITORING committee was monitoring the razing of un-authorized constructions carried on in Delhi by MCD but Hon’ble Justice Pradeep Nandrajjog decided not to monitor razing of illegal structures any further for the reasons that MCD is lethargic, it does not adhear to the directions of the Court inspite of threats of contempt actions and the learned Judge admitted about the complicated nature of hearings given to the large number of applications as the reason behind the decision. This decision shall give free hand to monster MCD where Public Loot is order of the day bribe is a license to do any thing illegal under MCD which claims shortage of Engineers and other staff and slumbers until the currency notes do not wake the officer concerned. Illegal construction is rampant in all MCD zones since its independent India. MCD staff and Municipal Councilors and MLA’s need not only Vote Bank but funds to contest forth coming elections whereby ordinary citizens when elected become VIP’s and privileged one’s while the voter becomes the most un-privileged un-touchable to be kept far from VIP’s. Further to my published Blog dated June 28,2011 e-mailed to Shri B.K. Gupta, Commissioner of Police at his mail address bk.gupta@nic.in he did thankfully acknowledged my e-mail and marked it for further action to Joint Commissioner of Police (Hq) from whom till date I received no response. On enquiries from different given telephone numbers I learnt the mail is not traceable. This is the result of complaining to High ups seeking relief.

DEEDS OF MONSTER COP’S Head Constable Ajay Tomar wearing uniform of Sub-Inspector and killing business man Amarjeet Singh Chadha in broad day light in busy road where hundreds of people pass through is in news on TV and print media but in the Capital of India a Republic supposed to be a Social Welfare State after 64 years of Independence people have become so indifferent, scared, selfish, inhuman because of the hazards created by Law enforcing agencies to the extent that out of hundreds on busy road non but only one young man helped police to chase the culprit and he lost his life. Citizens have been de-moralized to that extent. SHAME FOR INDIAN DEMOCRACY. Recently after visiting UP villages where Police committed atrocities on common village people including women Shri Rahul Gandhi was constrained to say I FEEL ASHAMED TO BE CALLED INDIAN. All sorts of crimes are committed by Police Personnel and Uniform is used as a license to commit crime and/or to receive bribe.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION A Client of Mine came to know of a fraud against Northern Railways where a retired Railway Officer was holding over and occupying Railway Quarter a Public Property illegally without paying Market rent, penal rent, damages, Electric charges, Water charges and he defrauded the Govt in connivance with his colleagues, concerned officers of Estate Office and others of Northern Railways to the tune of several Lakhs of rupees as observed by the learned Information Commissioner where my client filed an application seeking information as back as 2007 but till date because of criminal conspiracy having been hatched between of offender and the concerned NR staff NO RECOVERY has been made from the retired officer and the concerned patriotic citizen is not only being harassed by attending regular hearings before Information Commissioner at his own time & expenses but is receiving threats to his life in case he does not withdraw from the matter.

ARTICLE 19 OF THE CONSTITUTION provides Right to speech and Expression Peaceful assemble to Protest but the monster brutal police force at the orders of High ups committed unwarranted atrocities on sleeping people under banner of Baba Ram Dev against rampant corruption and out of many Smt Raj Bala succumbed to multiple injuries after being in Hospital for four months. A case of murder should be registered against Delhi Police.

At three occasions Delhi High Court was targeted. Many busy markets were targeted in the Capital under the so called efficient DELHI POLICE People are murdered freely for small causes. Delhi Police who is with you for you slumbers except to receive bribe. Common man is scared of Police while criminal are friends and patrons of Police force I had said so in a TV program organized by DELHI AAJ TAK in the presence of Shri Depender Pathak the then Asstt Commissioner of Police who was a guest to the show.

ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS

Illegal Constructions in contravention of building bye laws do not come up over night.

As per the Master Plan and Building bye Laws projections (chhajas) are not allowed as on paper BUT with the connivance of the MCD every thing is allowed.. For constructing illegal building money is received by MCD officials since they are on the pay rolls of Building mafia. Building bye laws remain in books stored in cupboards and currency notes are puffed up in the pocket of MCD officials since their eyes are blinded and covered by the currency notes bearing the Photograph of Mahatma Gandhi. MCD officials enjoy the complete freedom and independence while the common law abiding citizens suffer because their life and property comes in the zone of danger because the height of the buildings is beyond the prescribed limits and the weight of the projections (chhajas) disturbs the sub soil which becomes unequal, unbalanced because of the heavy loading of the building structure on the adjoining plot being constructed illegally resulting into developing cracks in the walls endangering the neighborhood building for NO fault of the helpless person living in the neighborhood. In the case the building may fall having been tilted on one side there is very strong apprehension of people being buried under the debris the Malwa which may fall the poor person passing by and/or living in the neighborhood.

Projections (chhajas) amount to trespass and encroachment on public land but who bothers since there is NO accountability of the MCD staff and officials who from sweeper level onward daily visit the streets and roads where illegal constructions are being flagrantly carried on without any regards and fear of Law since the Law enforcers on BRIBED. WE NEED CHARACTER NOT LOKPAL BILL

There is much ado these days about LOKPAL BILL and much valuable time, money and man power is being wasted by Government and people for and against the Bill like building of RAM TEMPLE at Ayodhia the alleged birth place of Lord Rama as if Lokpal Bill and/or the building of Ram Temple are the only solutions of the ills India is suffering from ever since we achieved Independence on 15^th August, 1947.

If Money is Lost nothing is Lost, If health is Lost some thing is Lost BUT if CHARACTER is lost ever thing is lost. Here after independence we Indians have lost our CHARACTER and there is need to build Character and produce PATRIOTIC citizens for which is there is no scheme or program. Its is state of Pity.

The first Question Prima facie is When all are dishonest and corrupt subject to a few exceptions from WHERE WE SHALL BRING THE HONEST LOKPAL with a tag of honesty and integrity??? . Now a days Honest person is he who does not get the opportunity to be dis-honest. Now lets review the situations below:-

CHILDREN

We have made Law RIGHT TO EDUCATION - Those who do not want to study for various reasons are asked to study and those who want to study do not get seats in Schools & colleges. Parents are to DONATE in the name of building funds and for furniture. Central & State Governments and Supreme Court inspite of their best efforts for many years after in dependence could not come out with fool proof admission policy .Children who are aware of the fact that for their admission their parents had to pay bribe in the name of Donations remain honest during the walk of their life. Education is being AUCTIONED. Is it short of corruption??

After School/ College – there are no jobs. Young children have to pay bribe for getting jobs. Do you expect they shall remain honest and shall not indulge in corruption?? Young blood with University degrees including professional one’s like BBA, MBA, BCA and indulging into criminal activities. Such reports are on record. Who is responsible for creating young educated criminals?? Govt of course. Young people have energy. It must be used properly for creative purposes failing which the energy shall do destructive things by joining under world, Nexalites, Maoist, terrorists and so one. Is it not the cause of Corruption ??

IN JOBS

In all Public dealing offices MCD, POLICE, TAX Depts corruption is order of the day. For getting child birth recorded and/or for recording even death one has to pay bribe. No Govt Department is free from corruption. Even the street sweeper asks for Baksheesh. Is it not corruption?? Our bureaucrats, Embassy stall & officers, Military officers to the rank of Generals, Members of Parliament & MLA’s Municipal Councilors are all corrupt as per facts reported in media. Legislators are corrupt, Executive are corrupt, Judiciary is corrupt. Media is corrupt they do not pay attention to the views of common man who does not entertain them and/or who is not a big gun. When all the System is corrupt from Where shall come the Honest man to be appointed as HONEST LOKPAL.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely- When the LOKPAL has power to haul up Prime Minister, Chief Justice of India and all other Judges and Bureaucrats Legislators, Executives and Judicial officers shall he not become a despotic????

Politicians Vs LokPal./Lok Ayukt—Recently Justice Manmohan Sareen (Retd Delhi High Court Judge) appointed as Delhi Lok Ayukt after investigation found Shri Raj Kumar Chauhan a Delhi Govt Minister involved in corrupt practices and recommended his removal from the post BUT CM through Home Ministry got the pleasure of President of India for his continuation in the post and there after Justice Manmohan Sareen has requested the disclosure of the reasons for not honouring his recommendations for removal of the Minister. Killing of J Dey, honest concerned Indian and journalist of Mid-day who exposed many criminal activities injurious to the Public and National interest must not be treated as a simple murder of a person BUT Killing and Murder of Sovereign Democratic Republic a crime against the STATE punishable with Death under Section 121 IPC and under the Provisions of Armed Forces Act to deal with alien enemies. There appears to be maxis between mafia and some high ups concerned in the matter. Any laxity can be fatal to the public and National cause.

When shall our men holding key positions shall give up Rip Van Winkle Police and awake in Public Interest for which purpose they are voted to power. They can use undue brutal force to disburse peaceful sleeping agitators of Swami Ram Dev at Ramlillla ground but lack dynamic will to trace and deal with National criminals. As per Justice B.N. LIFE IS A FLOWING RIVER

People who are mature enough to understand often pose a question what is life, for what purpose and what goal to achieve and we all during the age of 20’s receive education in school and colleges to learn so many subjects so that we may lead a purposeful life and achieve higher goals to live comfortably in life. All efforts are other oriented. We have two eyes and use them to see objective things out side in front of our eyes. No one can see his or her own face which is not only so close but the identity mark on our body without the help of a small article called a Mirror. We know every thing about others but not about our self. We have time for other things but no time to know about SELF and its unique character.

Life is a flowing River. River contains water which is Life. Our body contains about 65% water which keeps us flowing, flexible. Adaptable. Fresh .rejuvenated and helps in digestion of food we eat and to flush out the excreta to be used as a manure for helping growth of vegetation in fields and the water which is life not only helps in our body growth but also helps for the growth for Trees, vegetables and other useful edible things for the nourishment of our body so its evolution and revolution of un -manifested Energy into manifested things including our body. The character of the Water is to flow or Fly. Flowing water is called River, therefore, life should and must flow. Stagnated water in ponds and lakes gets foul and unwanted weed grows on and around the stagnated water in ponds & Lakes which are like family attachments and/or social bonds and hence we often experience unwanted quarrels, conflicts in families because of life is not freely flowing and the blocks are holding the fresh water which sails oozing out foul smell which is not relished by the sense of smell.

As per the Platonic theory and things return to its source and the same is true about water also. As per the nature of the water it flows or flies. The scientific law of centrifugal and centripetal, going away from the centre & coming back to the centre also supports the nature of Water. Clouds are formed when water reaches back into the Ocean Flies in the form of vapors, rains watering the earth the fields where crops are grown, quenches the thirst of Living beings on earth and again reverts back to the Ocean.

The purpose of this article is to share with like minded people curious to know about life is that we should and must apart from looking out side into the objective world should and must look within through introvert vision by virtue of Yoga and other meditative techniques to realize the Subject within, and follow the nature of water to Help others in the growth of life, be colorless don’t wear religious tags water is simply water having no particular religion but its nature is to help all whosoever comes into its contact, be on the move because movement is life stillness is Death Water has no Ego, it molds itself according to the container so must be our life too. This being a Court Judgment I have nothing to say either for or against the Judgment of the Court because I am neither a Court of Appeal nor the Law making authority but being a thinker an author, a spiritualist, yogi, motivator and Lawyer by profession since 1964 wish to share my personal views with Human Beings the general masses of India in particular and to PONDER OVER by them on the following points:-

1 India is known as BHARAT VARSHA one of the very ancient civilizations, culture having some moral values based on our religious scriptures from as back as the creation of VEDAS and ARYAN civilization and we Indians are predominantly religious and believe in SOMBHAVA & VISHWA KUTUMBHKUM Universal Brotherhood and on the philosophy of LIVE & LET LIVE Our religious scriptures and other folk stories are all full of instances and narrations when DEVAS Vs DEMONS used to fight for SELF RESPECT & HONOUR OF the cult, tribe and or territory at the cost of valuable lives and the two of the Epics most popular are worth mentioning by the common masses in view of the present contest.

2 RAMAYANS : without going into well known details confining to the topic in question SITA was kidnapped by RAVANA and Lord RAMA has to wage a war against Ravana where in large number of warriors were killed before SITA could be free from the captivity of Ravana. WHETHER THIS WAS NOT AN HONOUR KILLING ?: WHETHER THE BLIND LAW OF THE LAND HANG RAMA FOR HONOUR KILLING ?

3 MAHABHARTHA: DHROPDHI was put to stake in Gambling by Pandavas and Kourvas tried to make her naked in the whole view of their Parliament and at a function later on Dhropdhi remarked about Kourvas ANDHA KA BETA ANDHA and this was taken as an insult by Kourvas which led to the great was of Mahabhartha were its said 18 khoshonies of army were killed. This too was a war of HONOUR KILLING wherein Lord Krishna sided with Pandavas . Will our Blind folded Goddess of Justice treat Lord Krishna as Accomplice and Pandavas as Honour Killers??

4 Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches – I am a senior citizen of 75 years and during my life I have experienced a good number of matters where there used to be Fights to save the Honour of the family and/or of the village and people used to kill the offender who trespassed over their sphere of honour. In our India Culture its well knows that most of the wars are over ZAR, ZAMEEN AND JOHRU (WEALTH, PROPERTY & WOMAN) this has been the cause of wars among DAVAS Vs DEMONS, this was for Ramayana & Mahabhartha and this shall remain till the end of Humanity because of POSSESSIVENESS be in Nature of Mankind come what may.

5 (THE) INDIAN PENAL CODE was enacted as back as 1860 by the British Rulers for Administrative & Law & Order purposes without taking into view the Indian Cultural and Moral values inherent in the blood of Indian masses. Since 1860 much water has follow by in the River of Life and very recently while dealing with the property of legitimate Vs Illegitimate child the Hon’ble Supreme Court has observed the Society gas changed substantially and we need change of the law and the matter has been referred to a larger bench of the Apex Court for decision.

6 Here also abouit the HONOUR KILLING involving the respect & honour of the family matter needs to be debated by inviting public openions, fresh laws be anected keeping in view the traditions, usages, customa, culture and moral values attached to the matter witj regard to emotions and sentiments of the people. Court Judgment may not be the end all there may be element of revengeful attitude from generations to generations. Standing Armies & Statutory Laws have never solved any problem and shall never solve in future also. There is ban on smoking & Drinking in Public Whether it has Worked?? There is death for Murder Whether Mouders have stopped??

7 In a REPUBLIC where public is the ultimate ruler Laws and Norms of life should & must come from Public but not from Public representatives who have become Public Bosses & Public Preachers to preach as to how people must & should live. Old Habits die Hard. WE NEED URGENT DEBATE to carry out Public Reforms in Republic of India a Social Welfare State. DE-JURE & DE-FACTO laws are quiet different. Very recently Mr R.K. DHAWAN who was once Principal Secretary to Late PM Indira Gandhi and close associate to Gandhi family then has volunteered an advice that Gandhi’s should beware of their relatives and friends. What is the impact of that golden advice??

On 4^th June,2011 Night BABA RAM DEV after obtaining due permission from the concerned authorities was in National Interest exercising his Fundamental Right as mentioned above holding SATYA GRAH FAST alongwith his followers who are citizens of India and also VOTERS who voted the Ministers to power but the gathering who were peaceful without arms at mid night operation without the due show cause notice were evicted from the venue by using unwarranted and uncalled for brutal force resulting into insult, injuries including grievous and fatal without any sort of provocation and apprehension of breach of peace, without exercising due diligence and logic about the use and extent of brutal force to be used on innocent people who were resting and/or singing devotional and/or national songs through the POLICE the visual arm of the Government having power of LAW which is blind, the use of Lathi. Stick of Law through orders of Blind Law enforcers is like the use of Lathi and/or Arms by a Blind person(s) who cannot see and realize who is who and how much force is required for the purpose. UNDUE /EXCESSIVE USE OF LAWFUL FORCE BECOMES UN-LAWFUL AND GIVES TO THE VICTIM THE LAWFUL RIGHT OF SELF DEFENCE WHICH BABA & his followers could use had he been a seasoned Politician. THE USE OF UNDUE FORCE ON INNOCENT PEOPLE INCLUDING CHILDREN WOMEN AND ELDERLY PERSONS IS A FLAGRANT ABUSE OF POWER which has been rightly condemned by one and all concerned citizens of so called REPUBLIC is there is any in fact.

To argue a matter before a Court of Law is one thing quiet different from to argue and deal with the Court of People, the voters in democracy who voted the Government to power and are the ultimate rulers as per the constitution of India. Mr Kapil Sibal and Mr P Chidambram both Lawyers by profession have displayed the lack of tact and diplomacy expected from Ministers in a social welfare state. They have drugged the grave of Congress party because of immaturity demonstrated while dealing with the leader of the masses who was holding peaceful SATYA GRAH in public and National interest. Govt has committed Blunder in curable and shall have to reap the result – perhaps UPA has become tired to run the Government and need rest to sit in opposition.

LAW IS BLIND – IT ONLY HEARS BUT AS PER LAW HEARSAY IS NO EVIDENCE APPLYING THE SAME YARD STICK JUDGEMENT BASED ON HEAR SAY IS NO CORRECT AND TENABLE JUDGEMENT. Each human being is unique in all respects and each Unique person has his/her Unique problems which cannot be solved through a patented solution the Blind Law. Life is like a flowing River wherein you cannot take bath twice in the same flowing waters. Human being has emotions, sentiments and the face which is the mirror of Mind you can read the mind of a person through his/her face but the Law being Blind cannot read the face resulting into injustice causing frustration among law abiding citizens. Judge too hears, does not use his face reading power which cannot be supported by evidence. Hence miscarriage of justice occurs. We need human approach to the matters not application of blind law.

If peaceful assembly without holding arms is declared unlawful and forced to leave a particular place then whether the Government prefers AND prompts demonstration of power on roads, disturbing peace of mind , causing inconveniences to law abiding citizens, damaging and destroying public property. SHALL THIS BE IN PUBLIC AND NATIONAL INTEREST – GOVT HAS BECOME BANKRUPT OF WISDOM PONDER OVER

3 Whether at the time of entering military service a soldier seeks permission of his family members to die fighting for the safety security and integrity of the Country?

4 Whether the enemy shall wait for the Officer till he seeks permission to shoot from his top superiors?

5 Whether attack is the best defense is not known to the General?

6. Whether the terrorists who attacked America and Mumbai sought permission

for using each bullet from their top superiors?

7. Crime in India and against India is increasing because of defense forces wait for permission to react to the actions of criminals/terrorists and in the meanwhile under world people strike cause damage and go away but our men wait for the permission to come. Is it not the fact well known to criminals /terrorists?

8. Whether India is not considered a soft and safe state for the criminals/terrorist to carry out their un-lawful activities?

Keeping all the above in view with many other such permission seeking complaisance’s whether our Armed Forces are not abettors and accomplices to the deteriorating state of affairs at the peril of Safety, Security and Integrity of our Country and liable for dereliction of duty? I, being a concerned citizen, these are my personal view in the interest of our country.

Man considers himself the super and wisest creation of God but all the legal terms mentioned above are found and practiced by human beings only and you must not have heard and experienced all these among Animals, Birds and other species out of 84 Lack As mentioned in out shastras. Zar (wealth) Zameen (property) and Zarru (women) are said to be the three main causes, inter-alia, for the distress , fights and wars among human beings in the past and shall continue to be in the future also inspite of all human wisdom. Its only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches but never the Law. Further it is common proverb in Hindi poot supoot to kyon dhan sanchai, poot kapoot to kyonn dhan sanchai.

Our Law the product of Mind has never defined CRUELTY, PROPERTY, CHILD AND WOMAN in relation to man entitled to inherent property. What about unfaithful spouse, arrogant & disrespectful children who virtually murder parents though not in legal terms. Breach of trust is worst than the actual murder.

Man is inherently and by nature alone & unique in all respects. How can the patented statutory law of the land be applicable to all and sundry? Its not democracy where one man, one vote and one value rule applies. Values of life are more important than the valuables of life but there happens to be no institution from where one can lean and imbibe these values which have particularly been wiped off after independence of India in 1947 due to the active role of Politicians and Priests both for their vested interests of vote bank policy and absolutely no interest in producing citizens as valuable assets for the country.

No child is ever born illegitimate. Each child is innocent manifestation of God on Earth and in a social welfare state is the valuable citizen of the state and hence the ultimate responsibility of the state where the child takes his first breath in. As regards parents the Hon’ble Supreme Court in news dated April 04, 2011 Hindustan Times page 13 has recognized the impediments while saying “with changing social norms of legitimacy in every society, including ours what was illegitimate in the past may be legitimate today”.

Therefore, our law first of all define child who is loving, faithful, caring, sharing respectful and obedient to parents but not simply being a biological child born out of socially accepted marriage. Marriage is a socio-legal contract but not necessarily a union of souls performing the delegated power of God for the development of humanity on the basis of one God, one Earth and one humanity for love and sharing to creat heaven on Earth. Change is the law of Nature and society too must aide by the law of Nature in accepting life as it comes. Rigid laws are not flexible as the life is, stiffness is death the end of life. A Living being must and should live from moment to moment and out statutory laws applicable to human being must and should recognize the human values of life rather then old and outdated enacted laws since life is like a flowing river and much water has flown by now and you cannot take bath the in the same water twice. What about those so called legal children who abandon their parents, cause cruelty and are dis-respectful? Such children must be debarred from inheritance and socially boycotted along with their abettors. No child is born criminal but society and circumstances make them so.
