IT’S A MATTER OF SHAME FOR ALL CITIZENS  OF INDIA  TO KNOW  THAT PURNIMA THE MOTHER OF 3 GIRLS HAD NOT EATEN FOR SOME DAYS AND TO BUY HER TWO MEALS  SHE WAS CONSTRAINED TO SELL HER THREE GIRLS – 3 YEARS OLD FOR RS. 30/- 7 YEARS FOR RS 50/- AND 9 YEARS FOR RS 100/- TOTALING TO RS 155/- ONLY. WHAT  GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES CLAIM AND ADVICE CITIZENS TO FEEL  “ WE ARE PROUD TO BE INDIANS”

During recent elections in Utter Pradesh  where DESPOTIC  POLICE committed atrocities on innocent unarmed peaceful citizens including ladies RAHUL GANDHI said ‘ I feel ashamed to be called Indian’ I ask what has he to say NOW?

Our fire brand MAMTA BANERJEE alleged to be for Bengalies and she herself being a woman ruling over Bengal under whose nose a mother of 3 kids could not eat for some days and was obliged to sell her three kids is under onus to explain that is this the Democratic Rule and service to the poor for which she is knows for and is considered a heavy eight in politics?

SOCIETY – is  guilty for there being NO sympathy towards the poor living in their neighbor hood . We have become so inhuman yet we claim to be human and citilized. It’s a matter of SHAME for the SOCIETY.

RELIGION  - Religious institutions arrange community feeding and distribute Food to the poor and/or devotees I ask where are the FLAUNTS who denote money for Temples and Religious functions under whose nose a poor lady could not eat for days and was compelled to sell her kids. Religious scriptures say a girl is symbolic of  SHAKTI – Durga, Kali who is worshiped in Bengal,  and other  the other forms of DEVI SHAKTI and within a year after Navratri  girls are worshiped  I pose a question to all those religious devotees IS THIS THE POOJA  the lesson  or teachings  they have  learnt from the religious scriptures?  In our religious scriptures it is written ‘ where a female is not respected that country is at the verge of DOOMS DAY. During Ramayana SITA was kidnapped by Ravana  and golden Lanks was destroyed, during Mahabharths ROAPADI was disrespected and the kingdom of Kaurvas was destroyed. But now ladies are disrespected every day and a lady who is A DAUGHTER,SISTER, FRIEND, MOTHER, WIFE, DEVI-SHAKTI  is disrespected in India which is known to be Religious. Is this the REGLIGION about which we boost of. SHAME TO BE SUCH A RELIGIOUS PERSON.

POLITICIANS   During elections they do PAD YATRAS  and visit every nook & corner to woo voters they distribute wine, money, clothes and so many others things. After elections the voter become  untouchable person for the elected leaders.  Whether the politicians deserve votes in republic of India which has become senior in age after 65 years of Independence. Elected representatives enjoy life at the cost of common voters. Elected representatives are burden on the exchequer eating public money but not performing their duty except logjams against the fundamental rights of speech & expression an d intolerance to the views of others.

DEMOCRACY  - Is said to be a Govt of the People, by the people and for the people but the spellings of the key words have changed  now its  Govt OFF the people, BUT the people and FAR the people. The PREMBLE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA starts ‘ WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its CITIZENS ……. HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AN D GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION  … Please note in this declaration  PURNIMA AND HER THREE KIDS ARE ALSO INCLUDED. Our Politicians are answerable to PUBLIC whether they have honoured the provisions of the Constitution for which they had taken OATH while being becoming Public Representatives as Municipal Councilor. MLA or MP.   

IT’S A MATTER OF SHAMA FOR EACH ONE AND ALL OF US IN INDIA.

PERHAPS WE WERE BETTER 66  YEARS BEFORE UNDER BRITISH RAJ  WHEN WE COULD BLAME THEM FOR LOOT IN INDIA – I am constrained to say so under the present situation.

‘INDIA AGREES TO LET PAK QUESTION 26/11 WITNESSES’………(Ht Dt 31/8/2012) ……..why?

 It’s not only a Blunder but Foolishness to eat our own words. Pak is sure to Find Faults. WHY not TRUST OUR OWN PEOPLE?

India is a SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC Why not to distrust our own people who dealt with the matter. Why allow an other Sovereign to  cross examin our people and  not Trust our own people. The other Sovereign is sure to find faults in our system. Its an old saying  atta gundti heldi kyon hai (while mincing flour why she is shaking)  Pakistan  never in the past agreed to what we ever said. In the past ‘a judicial commission from Pakistan had visited India but was not allowed to cross-examin these witnesses’ WHY now eat our own words?  IS THERE SOME EXTRA JUDICIAL PRESSURE?   We are a SOVEREIGN  country under NO pressure from out side sources.

India being DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC   has the prerogative to deal with offenders who wage a war on India and our Legal and Judicial system has rightly, correctly, logically,judicially dealt with the matter. Whether the Legal and Judicial system of Pakistan be allowed to set at NOT the whole investigation and legal trial of Kasab and/or Afzar Guru  now  due to some reasons now best known to the Government.?

India is answerable to the People of Indian Republic. Hundreds of innocent civilians, Police personnel and other people  were killed, injured and suffered untold miseries. What answer to the families of persons killed, injured and suffered who have been eagerly awaiting the judgment and now after confirmation of Death sentence are awaiting the execution of death by handing Kasab & Afzal Guru which may act as an ointment on the injuries in the hearts of the families whose kith  & kin were lost  during the barbarous acts committed by Kasab and Afzal Guru for no fault of the killed persons.  It shall raise a big QUESTION Whether to protect of honour of the nation is as offence?  Whether the loss of lives shall go waste?

Judicial Commission of Pakistan is sure to find faults and is sure to take the matter to the International Court of Justice and to the International Human Rights authorities.  In such an eventuality the execution of the death sentence shall have to be stayed. In such a situation Whether the morals of  our Police, Security personal and that of the Judiciary shall NOT go down?

We have spent Lakhs of rupees for the Investigation, Trial, and security of Afzar Guru and Kasab Shall that that NOT go waste?  And during the stay of hanging suppose the two die Whether India shall not have to face the International Authorities and show cause as to why and How the death happened and India shall have to face the consequences and costs.

All this and many many more implications, prejudices, responsibilities and consequences shall have to be Pondered over.  Its high time that good sense  prevails on India’s key men dealing with the matter and they may refrain from committing THE BLUNDER WHICH MAY BE TERMED AS FOOLISHNESS IN THE HISTORY.

SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS DEATH FOR KASAB FOR WAR ON INDIA

Further to my yesterday  August 30, 2012 NOTE on FACEBOOK  on the above subject it is to share with my fellow Citizens as follows:-

(1)               India  is a Democracy = Govt of the People, By the People and for the People that is People of India are Supreme. People of India in one voice  are demanding Immediate hanging of Afzal Guru and Kasab as ordered by Supreme  Court. Elected Govt is representative of the People, even the Judges of the Courts are Public servants drawing salaries from Exchequer then Why the Govt is delaying the execution of Death sentence ordered by the Supreme Court? And against the wishes of the People the ultimate rules of the Country.

(2)               Does  it not amount to contempt of the People and also Contempt of the Court Shall it not be appropriate for the Supreme Court to issue show cause notice to Govt as to why contempt of Court proceedings be not initiated against the officials responsible for the delay in execution of the Death  Sentence without delay?

(3)               Whether is Govt is awaiting for some more and greater attacks by Terrorists and considers the two attacks by Afzar Guru & Kasab as minor one’s.?

(4)               Afzar Guru and Kasab are awarded death sentence but it is being delayed for reasons best known to the Govt. Does it not amount to converting the death sentence into life imprisonment  in an extra Constitutional and extra legal manner on thepart of the Govt.

(5)               As per law a person has to be hanged as a healthy person. Suppose  Afzar Guru and Kasab die in jail for some reason then What will happen to the Hanging order?  There may be questions from Pakistan and also from International Court that the persons has been poisoned tortured to death before the hanging till death in an extra judicial manner? In such an eventuality India shall face humiliation and be accountable before the International Court and the Human Right Court for atrocities committed on the persons awaiting judicial Hanging.

(6)               Its high time that the Govt acts promptly in the matter and execute the death sentence Immediately as per the Judicial orders and wishes of the People.

(7)               Families whose members working in Police as security officers and the members of the public who have died during the attacks by Afzal Guru & Kasab are looking  eagerly as to when the offenders shall be hanged. Whether the Govt has NO regards for the sentiments of the suffering families? Let there be No massage to any one and every one that India is a safe heaven for Criminals, Terrorists and enemies of ourcountry.

(8)               COUNTRY FIRST REST ALL LATER. Please don’t delay the hanging of Afzar Guru & Kasab in the interest of justice and in Public interest.

PROMOTING CRIME

When  children  of  Lower  families get some education by some means following problems may arise;-

Ø                  If the child is not highly educated say upto middle class or upto higher secondary level he/she shall not like to do manual work and would like to do some white colored jos. He shall become a problem not only for the family but for the Govt also to provide the suitable job. Govt must arrange for the jobs otherwise young Energy if not deployed for creative work shall become destructive to the Individual and also to the Nation.

Ø                  If the Child gets higher education he/she needs befitting deployment. Needs of present day life are difficult to be satisfied and in case of un-employment  the young Energy takes to Crime, road rage,. Snatching,  robbery and what not and we find now a days Educated graduates, BBA or MBA are taking to crime to satisfy the necessities of life when the cost of living has become out of Budget.

AUCTION OF EDUCATION

For some under Right to Education Education is   FREE  while for others who want to get higher studies at their own cost there are NO Schools and Colleges and if there are some they ask for DONATIIONS TO THE TUNE OF LAKHS In  this regards I have written to Mr Kapil Sibal Minister HRD but received no reply although I mentioned specific instance.  There are colleges who offer seats in the name of Management Quota in consideration of money in lakhs. Education is being auctioned openly. Shall it not create disparity among students. Preamble of the Constitution say equality OF OPPORTUNITY but there is NO equality of opportunity in fact.

Government is guilty of Dividing society on various counts and education is one of them.

The new anti-child labour Act  is welcome, but a lot of work remains to be done = YES.

CHILD

Each child is new and Unique creation of God in all respects and is beloved to his/her parents, except in few cases where child yet to be born , in foetus is killed in womb and/or after birth killed or abandoned. Each child born comes with a message that God is not yet fed up with Humanity and each child in a welfare State is supposed to be an valuable asset of the State since he/she is capable to become the Prime Minister and/or a good leader, author, scientist or other big personality of which India may feel proud of. Plato said that ‘healthy mind resides in health body’ and swami Vevikanand  said give me a child of tender age and I cam make him/her a saint or Sinner as I may like. Modern science also says mind of a child gets developed upto the age of five years. Each child is born with full capacity to develop in multidimensional  manners provided he/she is allowed to use his/her inner faculties according to his/her inner wisdom which always comes from within and never from out side through scriptures and/or statutory Laws which come from the Mind only which muddle  things. Here I agree with the article ‘ourtake’  that lot of work remains to be done.

CHILD AS RAJA BETA

Each parent calls his/her child as Raja Beta or Rani Beti and in India  small child is called Bhwan ka Roop  No parent wants that his small under age child should go to work to earn bread for hungry stomach. Its because of Poverty. It was reported in this Hindustan Times some times ago that in some remote areas children are obliged to eat mud. What Right to education shall do when stomach is empty and mind has no Energy and body is not healthy to have healthy Mind. Here Plato fails in India. Perhaps Swami Vevikanand  now a days may be called Government Succeeds which being devoid to true wisdom enacts superfluous Laws to make people criminals. No criminal is born by birth but are made by  Police, Government, Society, Religion and education.

There is well known saying YOU CAN DRIVE THE HORSE TO THE POND BUT CAN’T FORCE IT TO DRINK. All children are not capable to study:

Ø      Some are born to become singers – we find on TV children between 5 to 14 years singing  to become child artists.

Ø      Some are born to Dance and small children are seen dancing on TV shows

Ø      Children learn the Art from childhood either from their Parents and/or some one close to them as per their aptitude but never under obligation or force of statutory law.

Ø      If all children are asked to go to school who will earn  food for the family which is hungry, poor, ill. Whether the Govt has made arrangements to provide the amount to the family which the child used to or would earn for the welfare of the family?

Its right ‘ the best ideas come as jokes. Make your thinking as funny as possible’

‘Pre conceptions & Prejudices blind us to see good. Stale thoughts state Life. History reveals some big people used to study under street Lights. Where there is will, there is way.

Ø      I am an Advocate, self made man, an Author, Meditator  Yogi, Spiritualist, Motivator and started my life as class IV employee at a salary of 78 rupees and was under age 17+ but worked in an Army Unit as civilian and at the same time I was studying privately till I completed Law and joined the legal profession and still write on social, Legal, political matters and have appeared on different TV channels also.

Ø      Justice  S.H. Kapadia, CJI, also started life as class IV employee and is a self made man.

Ø      Late  Lal Bahadur Shastri haled from small family and became Prime Minister like our Hon’ble APJ Abdul Kalam , a pride of India became President of India.

Ø      There are enumerable personalities in India and abroad who paved their own path to progress.

Ø      My News Paper wala started supplying news papers when he was hardly 7-8 years of age and now he is grown up man.

Ø      SELF MADE LIFE IS A MATTER OF PRODE FOR SELF & FOR OTHERS TO EMULATE WHEN YOU KNOW & UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THE MONEY EARNED.

MALPRACTICES  IN RIGHT TO EDUCATION SCHOOLS:

For Children blow 14 years parents are obliged to send chidren to schools where (1 ) there is no tuition fee (2) books are free, (3) food is free, (4) dress & shoes are free but instead of providing dress & shoes cash is given to parents. Parents who are illiterate are asked to sign for a particular amount but half of it is given to them. Children are promoted to the next call even through a child of 6^th standard cannot write the name of his/her parents even. THIS IS HO THE RIGHT TO EDUCATIOON IF BEING ABUSED. Things on paper and things in practice are quite different since corruption is rampant at all levels.

WHO WILL BELL THE CAT IN INDIA. According to Justice B.N. Agarwal, Retd Judge from Supreme Court EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY. And I say WONSOM OF LAW MAKERS HAS GONE FOR GRASS GRAZING AND INDIA IS PRODUCT OF VISHWAKARMA, the foreman of God without signatures of God

VIOLATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHJTS

Protection of certain rights regarding freedom of speech etc.

Article 19 (1) (a) of the Constitution of India provides : “All Citizens shall have the right – (a) to freedom of speech and expression;

Under this Article note 21(B) (vi) Principles of Natural Justice: right to be heard is provided.  Principles of natural Justice which requires that a person should not be condemned or deprived of his right without an opportunity of being heard. AIR 1966 SC 385(391)  AIR 1965 SC 124 (129) etc

All  Elected Public Representatives (PM’s)  before entering into office are obliged to take OATH that they shall perform their duties honestly and protect the Constitution to the best of their duty. Same OATH  is  taken  when a M.P. becomes a Minister.

Opposition is GUILTY and answerable to the VOTERS  who voted them to become PM  as to WHY they are VIOLATING OF Fundamental Rights mentioned above.  It is the pious duty of every MP to respect  the provisions of the Constitution for which he/she had taken OATH.  Freedom of Speech and Expression  is fundamental right of every MP and a corresponding DUTY of the opposite party to hear the speaker with patience and tolerance and there after to give a befitting reply. NO Right is without a corresponding Duty. In the instant matter the Opposition is knowingly, deliberately, unwarrantedly and in an uncalled manner committing THREE  Violations (a)  not allowing Prime Minister to Speak & Express with regard to his action/duty in the matter; (b) not performing their duty to hear patiently with tolerance and to reply thereafter and (c)  Condemning the Prime Minister without affording him opportunity of hearing to explain his conduct.

THIS AMOUNTS TO FLAGRANT  DELEBRATE  WILLFUL VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTION FOR WHICH THE MP/s ON THE OPPOSITION SIDE HAD TAKEN OATH OF OFFICE. 

By blocking the proceedings of Lok Sabha the Opposition if is GUILTY  OF DERELICTION OF THEIR DUTIES for not debating the matter on the floor of the Parliament for which purpose they are Elected and are paid Salaries, Allowances and enjoy perquisites at Public cost. Each  second  costs the Exchequer. WHO is accountable to Public?  PUBLIC DEMANDS  NO WORK – NO PAY, AS THE NATURAL JUSTICE against those who knowingly and deliberately fail to perform they duty for which they had taken OATH  of Office.

Ours is a Democracy a Republic where Public rules over themselves through Public Representatives who are paid through Public Money EXCHEQUR Loss of Public money is National loss not only of Money but of valuable Man Power and irreversible  valuable Time which cannot be compensated in terms of money. Time gone is gone for ever since EXISTENCE NEVER REPEATS. WHO IS ANSWERABLE TO PUBLIC?  Each Individual is Unique with unique mind. We are part of the whole. No Individual and/or a group of individuals can be allowed to enforce his/her views over others. Its against the Scope, spirit and ambit of Democracy. Democracy is tolerance, cooperation and coordination BUT never a MONOPLY of the few. Each Individual is UNIQUE and his/her Uniqueness must be respected.  Purpose of Elected representatives    is defeated and our Democracy has failed and failed miserably common man has lost faith in Public Representatives.

If Money is lost, nothing is lost; If Health is lost, some thing is lost; but if Character if lost, EVERY THING IS LOST. I am constrained to say WE HAVE LOST OUR CHARACTER. Hence every thing is lost. Dr S Radha Krishnan has observed CORRUPTION IS RAMPANT AT ALL LEVELS. Justice  B.N. Agarwal Retd, from Supreme Court observed EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY.

Much more can be said. NO LOK PAL CAN SOLVE THE CORRUPTION DISEASE WHICH HAS GONE INTO OUR BLOOD. Anna , Baba Ram Dev & others are Publicity mongers at Public cost and Befooling Public who are like SHEEP. HELPLESS IDLE  ENERGY IS PRELUDE TO REVOLUTION, understand. OPPOSITION IS NOT ONLY BLACKMAILING BUT HIJACKING THE SHIP OF DEMOCRACY, Beware.

I can say much more if given time in the interest of Public and Nation at large but there is no reorganization and appreciation of  Right minded patriotic citizens in India.

I N d e P e n D E N c E  DAY – 66^th

15^th  August ,1947     to  15^th August , 2012

THIS IS WITHOUT ANY BIAS, MALACE & PREJUDICES AGAINST ANY ONE BUT INNER VOICE OF A COMMON CITIZEN CONCERNED IN THE INTEREST OF WELL BEING OF HUMANITY.

Independence in India is as uneven as the letters written above. India is not ONE but there are many India’s within the Political Map of India.  British India was divided  into present India and Pakistan – East & West against the inner voice, intention, wish and WILL of not only of the masses but also of the leaders on the forefront including Mahatma Gandhi who used to say Pakistan shall be created on my dead body and Mohamad Ali Jinha too had never thought of the division if British India like the manner it had happened. He was a TB patient  and was sure to come back to his bungalow back in Bombay after the formalities are completed about the division. Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru was also not interested in partition of British India and migration of people from their native homes to new placed but under the influence of Madam Edwina Mountbatten with whom he was in romance decided not to delay Independence but to become  Prime Minister of India even at the risk of partition of British India. In short common people of both the Countries having same language, customs, traditions, rituals and culture are still suffering and are devoid of the Love and affection of near and dear one’s having been migrated from home land to the other part of the continent because of the Ego and follies of the leaders at the forefront. Same thing happened while creation of Bangladesh when East Pakistan was separated from West Pakistan.

Absence of Harmony spells disharmony precursor to the cause of agony being suffered by common people in all the Countries India, Pakistan and Bangladesh and the three countries which could be a big Power in Asia are in cold war situation not at rest and peace but for the lack of wisdom on the part of political leaders who had and still fail to understand that United we stand and divided we fall.

WHO IS BENEFITTED AFTER INDEPENDENCE:

INDIA OF POLITICIANS:  Democracy is un-natural. Each person born is UNIQUE creation of God  in all respects but in so called democracy all voters are considered equal and the basis of One person, One Vote and One value irrespective  of the wisdom and understanding one possesses. Politicians are the happiest lot in India who claim to serve the masses only through promises (never to be fulfilled) and enjoy all facilities and privileges, power and Position at the cost of Public money. Politicians are becoming rich and richer after each election and the Voter is becoming poor & poorer after each election. One can verify this from the declaration of assets by candidates at the time of filing application to contest elections. Before election a candidate is servant of the people, after election he becomes VIP or VVIP but the poor voter becomes the worst person even to meet his chosen person.  Democracy as per constitution enacted and given to themselves is  the Govt of the People, by the people & for the people  but the spellings of the key words have changed its Govt OFF the people, BUY the people & FAR  the people. Before Independence during British Raj there used to be a  JURY  attached to a court of Law and the administration used to consult on Public matters the responsible and well to do people of influence  but after Independence  Govt  OFF the people being FAR  from the people has done away with the said practice and the elected representatives consider as the cusdodians of the people and masters to decide about the fate of the people. Dr Rajendra Prashad in 2007 had in his bank account Rs 1,432 after adding interest it was 1,508/-   As compared to that check the bank account of any Municipal counselor , MLA, MP, Mi nister, PM and Rashtrya Pati. Our Hon’ble  former President Pratibha Patil “ PATIL FLEW TWICE MORE THAN PM AND ANSARI”  (Hindustan Times dated 14/8/2012 pare 10) India is heaven for Politicians.  I am reminded of the remarks by Justice  B.N. Agarwal ,Retd from Sopreme Court, saying EVEN GOD CANNOT SAVE THIS COUNTRY.

INDIA OF BUREAUCRATS   

If Wealth is lost, nothing is lost: If health is lost, some thing is Lost, but if CHARACTER IS LOST EVERY THING IS LOST.  After Independence Officials sitting in Public dealing offices have lost their character.  In India nothing works without  BRIBE. Dr S Radhakrishnan, 2^nd President of India  had said CORRUPTION IS RAMPANT AT ALLLEVELS. I ASK WHAT WE HAVE LEARNT FROM THE REMARKS FROM THE HEAD OF THE STATE??? Corruption is growing by leaps and bounds. NO LOKPAL & OR JAS LOKPAL CAN DO ANY THING.  Anna Hazare and Baba Ram Dev are seeking cheep publicity by encasing the woos of the people who are under unbearable burden of cost of living growing un-checked leading to unprecedented rise of crime of all types.

INDIA OF COMMON MAN

I would love to see a common citizen who feels happy and proud of Independence since 1947 till now 2012. . Education is being auctioned, services are being auctioned, duties of govt staff are being auctioned. Corruption is order of the day. Nothing works any where without bribe. I rely on the episodes of program SATYAMEVE JAYATE  Organized by Aamir Khan, film Actor AND there is no deed no add more about city life in small and/or metropolitan cities and/or the urban life.

INDIA OF VILLAGES/ REMOTE AREAS

 People do not know an d understand what INDEPENDENCE is. Poor people are obliged to eat Mud where as food grains are allowed to rot but not given to hungry to eat even after Supreme Courts orders. In this Social Welfare State. Doctors don’t touch for treatment the poor. Poor people are obliged to sell for money their children. Less said the better.

ESSENTIAL SERVICES AND NECESSITIES OF LIFE

During the last 65 years we are unable to provide clean DRINKING WATER, ELECTRICITY but allow it to be wasted by keeping lights on during day time some times.
